BR 1-04: The Shoemaker and the Elves

I read the Shoemaker and the Elves. Do you know this story?? I have read this book when I little. I like this story. Elves are very cute, and shoemaker and his wife very kind.

Shoemaker and his wife were very poor, so he can’t make shoes. He bought leather, and he made pair of shoes at night. He always made at night, and his wife always “Today is late, you’ll be make tomorrow,” so shoe maker make next morning, but someone always made pair of shoes until midnight. This shoe was very beautiful, so everyone wanted to buy new shoes, and shoemaker and his wife became rich. Shoe maker thought “Who is makes shoes??” so he and his wife hide and wait. At last, two elves come and make shoes. Maybe, he and his wife were poor but they are kind person, so two elves wanted to help for them, and they make cloth for elves. Shoe maker’s shop becomes good.

Classic tale is very fun and good old, so I want to read more classic tales.
